Terms and Conditions – PK 9999 Online Gaming Platform for Pakistan

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the PK 9999 platform at pk9999.run, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately when you first access the platform, whether or not you have created an account.

These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you and PK 9999. Any previous communications, representations or understandings – whether verbal, written or implied – are superseded by this document. PK 9999 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify members via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of PK 9999 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using PK 9999 and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support at support@pk9999.run.

To register and use PK 9999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK 9999 strictly enforces this requirement and will close accounts and forfeit balances where underage access is discovered.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have voluntarily excluded yourself from gaming platforms.
• You must not have had a previous PK 9999 account closed for a terms violation. Only one account per person is permitted at all times.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

PK 9999 may ask for age verification documents at any time. If verification is not provided within the requested timeframe, your account may be suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete. This is a standard player protection measure and is not intended to cause inconvenience to members acting in good faith.

You may only hold one account on PK 9999 at any time. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same name, different names, different mobile numbers or different payment details – is a serious violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. PK 9999 will never ask for your password in any communication – if you receive such a request, treat it as a security attempt and report it to support immediately.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

PK 9999 may request identity verification documents (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any point. This typically includes a copy of your CNIC (National Identity Card), proof of address and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. KYC is a standard financial security requirement. Processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds always requires completed KYC verification.

All transactions on PK 9999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PK 9999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. PK 9999 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You confirm that any funds deposited into your PK 9999 account are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's payment account – including family members – is not permitted without express written approval from PK 9999.

PK 9999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any deposit that triggers automated fraud detection. In such cases, deposits will be held pending verification completion. PK 9999 is not liable for losses arising from failed or delayed deposits caused by your payment provider's systems.

Withdrawals from your PK 9999 balance can be requested at any time provided your account is in good standing and KYC verification has been completed where required. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. PK 9999 charges no withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed same-day during standard Pakistani banking hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 PKT). Withdrawals requested outside of banking hours are processed the following business day.

5.1 Bonus Balance Withdrawals

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements are specified clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Real money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately in your account. Upon meeting wagering requirements, the bonus balance automatically converts to real withdrawable PKR cash.

5.2 Withdrawal Verification

PK 9999 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000. This is a standard fraud prevention and anti-money laundering requirement. Providing accurate documentation promptly ensures your withdrawal is not delayed. PK 9999 commits to processing verified withdrawals as quickly as its payment infrastructure allows.

PK 9999 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements and expiry periods. Bonus terms are displayed clearly on the Promotions page and in the individual offer details within your account.

General bonus rules that apply to all PK 9999 offers unless stated otherwise:

• Only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your balance.
• PK 9999 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited as a result of an error or system malfunction.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds exclusively on games with minimal house edge to reduce wagering, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions – will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant offer unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

PK 9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. Any bonuses already active in member accounts at the time of a promotion change will continue under the original terms under which they were awarded.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on PK 9999. These are in addition to specific sport or market rules which may be displayed within the sportsbook section.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by PK 9999. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published. Bets are only confirmed once a bet receipt is issued in your account. If no receipt is shown, the bet has not been placed.

7.2 Odds and Results

Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. PK 9999 uses results from recognised official sources for all sporting events. In the event of a dispute over a result, PK 9999's decision is final. For cricket events, the official result declared by the relevant cricket board is used – no matter how long after the conclusion of play the official declaration is made.

7.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned before the result is determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless at least the minimum play required for the market to have a result has been completed. For cricket, specifically, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are honoured if the official result is declared using DLS.

7.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. PK 9999 is not responsible for delays in live odds data feeds. Placing a live bet and then experiencing a delay before confirmation does not entitle you to the odds displayed if the odds have moved during the delay period.

All casino games and crash games available on PK 9999, including jackpot slots, live casino tables, Aviator and other crash game titles, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or provably fair mechanisms supplied by the game's software provider. PK 9999 does not control individual game outcomes.

Game results are final once confirmed on your screen. Technical malfunctions, internet connection failures or device issues on your end do not entitle you to compensation for bets where the outcome was determined before the disconnection occurred. If a proven technical malfunction on PK 9999's end affects a game outcome, affected stakes will be returned.

8.1 Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpot prizes are awarded by the relevant game software provider's system. PK 9999 credits jackpot winnings to member accounts as notified by the provider. Very large jackpot winnings may be paid in instalments at PK 9999's discretion, in full consultation with the winning member.

8.2 Crash Games

Crash games including Aviator operate on provably fair RNG systems. Results can be independently verified using the seed information provided in your game history. Cashing out before the crash determines your win. Failure to cash out before the crash results in a total loss of the round stake, as displayed in the game interface.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PK 9999. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited pending investigation:

• Creating more than one account (duplicate accounts / multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods for deposits.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system malfunctions for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms or any non-human betting mechanism.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus systems or manipulate game outcomes.
• Accessing PK 9999 on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise compromise the security of PK 9999's systems.
• Using the PK 9999 platform for any money laundering activity.

PK 9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including for any of the reasons listed in Section 9. Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals will be held during the investigation period. Members whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons (i.e. not for prohibited conduct) will receive their verified real money balance via the payment method on file.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support at support@pk9999.run. Accounts closed at a member's request will have any real money balance paid out after standard verification. Accounts closed under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme cannot be reopened during the exclusion period regardless of the reason given.

• Cool-Down Period – Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently exclude yourself from PK 9999 for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Check – Receive periodic pop-up summaries of your session time and net win/loss.

You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any PK 9999 content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of PK 9999's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal channels.

PK 9999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work continuously to ensure the platform is reliable, accessible and functional, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. PK 9999 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connection failures, device malfunctions or third-party service outages outside PK 9999's control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind relating to your use of PK 9999.
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers whose games are hosted on the platform.

PK 9999's total liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PK 9999 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and registered members will be notified by email where possible. For material changes that significantly affect member rights, PK 9999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice before the new terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of PK 9999 after changes have been posted and notified constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any updated terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
