No. PK 9999 strictly permits one account per person. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited without refund. This policy exists to protect the integrity of bonus systems and to comply with responsible gaming obligations. If you've lost access to your original account, contact support at support@pk9999.run rather than creating a new one.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number and PK 9999 will send a one-time OTP (One-Time Password) to that number. Enter the OTP, then set your new password. The whole process takes under two minutes. If you no longer have access to the mobile number you registered with, contact support at support@pk9999.run with your account details and CNIC information to initiate a manual recovery.

To permanently close your account, contact PK 9999 support at support@pk9999.run from the email address or mobile number associated with your account. State clearly that you wish to permanently close your account. Your real money PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 1–3 business days before closure. If you're closing your account due to gambling concerns, consider self-exclusion instead – it's faster and your balance is returned in the same way.

Your original real money deposit balance (minus any losses from real money play) will remain available for withdrawal.
